Attractor facts for people and search systems.

Short answers covering the product, supported sources, calendar sync, Focus Awareness, AI model paths, and macOS requirements.

What is Attractor?

Attractor is a Mac-native focus cockpit that connects tasks, calendar commitments, a focus timer, and optional Focus Awareness signals.

Which task sources does Attractor support?

Attractor supports Obsidian and Todoist task import, with the import layer designed to expand to more work sources.

What does Focus Awareness read?

Focus Awareness reads session signals such as app context, switches, and activity counts. It does not record typed text.

What macOS version is required?

Attractor is built for macOS 12 or later.

Machine-readable product facts

Product
Attractor is a Mac-native focus cockpit for turning imported work, calendar commitments, and focus sessions into one operating surface.
Core workflow
The workflow is import, start, hold, and review: bring tasks from sources such as Obsidian and Todoist, respect calendar commitments, run a focus timer, and review session evidence.
Free plan
The free plan includes the focus and break timer, task list, local session history, Obsidian import, Todoist import, calendar sync, and a direct macOS DMG distribution path.
Pro plan
Pro includes Focus Awareness, activity context, session summaries, BYOK or local MLX model checks, and edge glow nudges.
Privacy model

AI model options
Attractor supports an OpenAI-compatible bring-your-own-key path and a fully offline local MLX path for downloaded models such as Qwen, Gemma, or LFM.
System requirement
Attractor is built for macOS 12 or later.
